You agree to notify 92pke immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 92pke will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 92pke staff will never ask you for your full password.
92pke applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment methods used, before withdrawals are processed. Verification requests must be responded to within 14 calendar days.
92pke accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion charges are applied by 92pke.
The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may be triggered for large transactions in accordance with 92pke's anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours are generally processed on the same day. Requests submitted outside business hours are processed on the next working day. 92pke reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000.
Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes on the 92pke platform. 92pke does not pay interest on player account balances. Player funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational purposes.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 92pke are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. Bonus funds are generally subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real money. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 92pke platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence terminates immediately upon any breach of these Terms.

Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and where you have consented, for marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92pke's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
92pke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise. 92pke is not liable for losses resulting from: internet connectivity failures; force majeure events; third-party service interruptions; or your failure to comply with these Terms.
92pke reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the player via the original payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
92pke reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where more immediate implementation is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
